Facilitated by Eric Joseph Lewis
In this workshop, facilitated by Eric Joseph Lewis, we will explore wild edible plants, permaculture (a design science focused on developing regenerative ways of living in a modern context), and herbalism through the lens of yoga philosophy.
This workshop will empower participants with the knowledge and hands-on experiences needed to develop meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships with plants and fungi. Through direct connection, close observation, and intentional focus, you'll discover how interacting with plants and mushrooms can nourish both the body and soul.
We will explore simple yet profound techniques that make foraging, gardening, and herbalism accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for everyone. These practices can serve as the foundation for a spiritual path that is grounded and practical while remaining deeply mystical and meditative.
