Welcome to Out of Office AF, BalancedAF’s signature retreat series designed to help you step away from the everyday and pour back into YOU.

For Destination #1, we’re escaping to the beautiful B-OMI Farms for a full-day wellness experience centered around movement, creativity, nourishment, rest, and community.

Think fresh air, beautiful food, hands-on experiences, intentional moments to slow down, and plenty of time to simply enjoy being out of office.

Your boarding pass includes: Pilates, matcha making, candle making, watercolor painting, curated breakfast + lunch, guided journaling, yoga, a restorative sound bath, a curated welcome bag, and plenty of time to explore, connect, and unwind.

 Mats and Pilates equipment will be provided—just bring yourself.
