Then roll up your sleeves and harvest fresh produce straight from the garden; some ingredients you'll use moments later in a guided cooking demo rooted in Haitian tradition, making Pikliz (a pickled condiment that can be used to elevate any dish) and Epis (the aromatic seasoning marinade).
